Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is merely confirmation that we have received your order.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. If we decline or cancel your order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Order Limitations: We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior written authorization from CarDroi.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it. 4. Pricing and Sales Tax

Pricing: All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to our acceptance of the order.

Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may be mispriced on the Site. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled automatically and, if you have already been charged, you will receive a full refund.

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address. The amount of sales tax charged will be displayed before you complete your purchase. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Within the United States: We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. There are no shipping costs, handling fees, or minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order acceptance. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (for any international shipments), and high-volume periods.

Shipping Destinations: At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated on the Site.

Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including street address, city, state, and ZIP code. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
